Mark your calendars, girls! September 26 is the grand opening date for the new Maple Ridge location of Fitwells, and we’re rolling out the red carpet for you! From 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. this new location along with our Coquitlam and Delta/Tsawwassen locations will host a special open house event, complete with prizes, personal training demos, running shoe demos from The Running Room , shake samples for our 90 day challenge (Coquitlam location), balloons, and food.
