BOOTCAMP/XLab provides participants motivating group instruction focusing on cardiovascular exercises, strength training and abdominal/core training. It allows participants to work at their own level in a fun and creative way to achieve a total body workout. It breaks through plateaus and provides you with that needed push to help you reach your next fitness level.

Experience a high-calorie burn while getting muscle-building benefits from using free weights, BOSU and other specialty equipment (including your partner’s body weight). The same results cannot be achieved by just going for a fast walk and doing a few weights.
