bodycompThe first step to improving your fitness is to know how fit you are. The MicroFit fitness evaluation takes about 30 minutes and gives you a complete profile showing:

  • FLEXIBILITY STRENGTH
  • CARDIOVASCULAR CONDITIONING

You will see the results immediately. Your report shows how you compare with others of your age and includes important health and fitness advice. You may schedule a follow-up evaluation in 60 to 90 days and receive a second profile which will show the progress of your personal fitness program.

All profile procedures use internationally accepted standards, so you can rely on the results to guide you toward an exercise plan that works for you. To assure you of an accurate fitness assessment, you should avoid strenuous activity or eating a heavy meal within four hours of your appointment. Alcohol, caffeine, tobacco, drugs or medications used within four hours of the evaluation may significantly distort the results. Comfortable, loose-fitting athletic attire is recommended.
