Marina Zimmerman – Certified Personal Trainer – Coquitlam

MarinaMarina Zimmerman is 29 years old and a busy mother of two. She has been married for 13 years and understands the struggles of juggling everyday life. It is her commitment and desire to teach, mentor, train and guide women in a way that they can maintain a healthy and positive lifestyle. She wants to help you not only as a training coach, but as someone that will prepare and enable you to start implementing proper meal planning, scheduling to make time for the Gym, which most of all means a little time for yourself.

Marina is committed to fitness. Recently she competed in the Fame World Tour in Las Vegas and took 4th place. A short time later she competed in Fame BC Tour and took 1st place in fitness model and 3rd place in Muscle Model. It was truly an incredible experience!

As your personal trainer she wants to enable you to conquer the bad habits and teach you how to embrace the good ones! She will stand by you every step of this journey. She is committed to you.

Sara Zajac – Certified Personal Trainer Coquitlam

zajacSara is a certified Personal Trainer and fitness fanatic. She has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. She works with all fitness levels from beginners to athletes and love to help my clients learn and grow, assisting them to whatever goals they may have. She also has an extensive background in injury rehabilitation. With all the pressures of everyday life upon is it is important to find balance and structure in this ever changing world. Fitness is more than just physical it is equally mind and body, and once you conquer the mind your potential becomes limitless. We can guarantee you that not only will you have a great time getting into shape, but you will gain a level of personal discipline you did not know possible.

Carrie BryanMy name is Carrie Bryan. I have been a personal trainer for 4 years now. I have always loved fitness but as a busy Mom of three and running my own home daycare I found it hard to find the time. After my youngest child went off to school I found fitness again and realized my passion. I loved how exercise made me feel and giving myself that hour a day made me a better Mom. I love connecting with people one on one and helping them reach their fitness and weightloss goals. I am certified through BCRPA as a personal trainer. I also teach Group RX, X-lab and am a nutrition coach in our Maple Ridge club.

Monica Schneider – Certified Personal Trainer Maple Ridge

Biography:

Monica SchniederMy love for fitness began at an early age. I loved playing any sport as a young child. My interest in fitness conditioning peaked when I joined the wrestling team in junior high school. As one of 4 females on the team, I pushed myself to excel in a traditionally “men’s only” sport. From that point on I was motivated to prove myself at anything physical that was deemed “not fit for women”.

I took my love for training to the next level in university and became certified as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor in 2004. Now as a mom of two young children, my fitness needs and schedule are constantly changing and I understand the stresses that many women face trying to put themselves first. I work with my clients to set attainable goals give them the support they need to put themselves first and to retain those goals once they are reached.

Life is unexpected and we need to adapt to it every day, as do our fitness plans. If today wasn’t your best day, then make it tomorrow.
